Bio

Steve Dorian is a singer/songwriter in Nashville, TN and a current member of the pop a cappella group Rockapella (of Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego? fame). After spending the past few years in Orlando, FL where Steve was working for Disney, he decided it was time to make the move north and is excited to now call Nashville home. Performing for the past five years with Rockapella makes Steve no stranger to the stage. The group has toured throughout the world performing to sold out crowds from New York to Japan and Steve can be found on their three latest albums “Bang”, “A Rockapella Holiday”, and “Motown & More”.

In 2011, Rockapella was a featured guest of the world-renowned Boston Pops Orchestra, joining them for their annual holiday tour. It was a true thrill for Steve, being a native of the Boston area.

Besides performing with Rockapella, locally Steve can be found singing aboard the General Jackson Showboat, as well as at many songwriter nights and honky tonks on Broadway and throughout the area as a solo artist in Nashville, TN.

His songwriting is heartfelt, with strong melodies and smooth vocals. Some of his influences include Vince Gill, Garth Brooks, John Mellencamp, and Bon Jovi. Steve is about to release his brand new EP in August 2015, containing six new original songs.

Dorian holds a bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts where he was a exercise physiology major and varsity baseball player.
